#2I was really close to just quiting and taking 6 to 12 months off to relax and build shit I want to work on. However, I'm pushing 40 and heard employment gaps are bad.. I got vacation so I'm using that to see how it goes. We are all going back to the office soon which is just the stress cherry on top. Good bye remote work.. fun while it lasted.
Anyway, I've been exercising and doing more outdoor activities trying to loose weight and have more energy.
How is everyone so productive and enthusiastic all the time?

#3First time posting here. I'm going through burn out or depression too. I have difficulty distinguishing what it is exactly. It comes and goes in waves. They aren't, but it isn't sexy to post about your problems on social media or maybe even talk about them with your close friends or family. And it isn't easy either, especially if you don't even know what is wrong or how others could help you.
