Author suggests, “I think this is what we should do, but let’s make sure it’s the best approach..."

No. "It is starting to look like this is what we should do, but I'm not sure it's really the best course. Can we do better?"

Also. "If we do this, what kind of problems to you foresee that we might need to watch out for?" Because every solution creates or exposes new problems, but that's not a reason to do nothing.

I’ve noticed different treatment with different titles too and it’s very frustrating especially if your title isn’t flattering

WOW, so positive and optimistic ! Unreal ;)

Somewhere in the middle of Tanenbaum OS book I found info that one manager should manage 10 teams... If I remeber corectly. What's in reality ?

Also I have my private theory that too often success makes CEO or managers into ferrari-cocaine-whores ugly types and that instantly makes them uncreative and happy with no progress in company. Aka stagnation and frustration for others. With bad health you can even have problems with understanding what people talk to you not to mention multilevel understanding and looking for a way to resolve things.
