#2The best we can say from the video is that two bees were each trying to push under the cap and it rotated in the process because of the way the bees were oriented.

#4It's a little hard to see because of the shaky filming, but from the way the cap subtly tilts during the rotation it looks like it's not actually screwed on at all and is just resting on top. So this doesn't necessarily show them unscrewing the cap or even working together at all.
