#2The amount of empathy that Joel is showing for other people here is on a whole other level. In particular, that people DO NOT have their full cognitive capacity available for every little thing you want them to do.
I've been on a rampage of deleting email newsletters. It's really astonishing how you bought something once (that you buy every two years) and they send you two emails a day afterwards and think you'll care. I "delete them all and let God sort them out".
I deleted my substack newsletters because I just don't need more "ham" in my spam.
