sorry for this superficial question, but does anyone know if it is pronounced dee-no, den-oh or day-no (or something else)?

I believe it is "dee-no".

It's good, but still has some work to do. Still no support for JSDOM (or equivalent).

nope, it's den-o. it cant be dee-no. that would be silly. like saying moss-cow.
