Clickbaity title eh? So it's like a traditional Japanese house.

That said, I've heard the same arguments that it's part of why the elderly in Japan are generally pretty mobile: sitting on the floor and getting back up many times a day for your whole life helps retain basic joint and muscle fitness.

Your point makes perfect sense. But it's more like a traditional japanese house with monkey bars! How awesome is that?
