Some very interesting ideas, I think this could work in a volunteerism sort of way but... actually I'm not going to offer a rebuttal You are comming up with ideas and that deserves recognition. So good work, keep it up!

Yes, I am more interested in generating interest in this issue than anything else. People don't tend to like to hear about problems unless you have a solution to offer, so I offered. Thanks for reading.
