Building a Tool for Activating Flow State / Retain Info. When Reading Online

I'm developing a tool to help people keep their attention especially when reading longer pages. I've tried all the note taking and Read-it-later tools, but haven't really found one that works to keep my attention in a fun way, so I'm building one myself. The tool uses the power of transcription and elements of game theory.
