What do you mean exactly? OBS can create a fake webcam, and I don't see why that would be related to wayland.

In windows yes, I've never had luck under linux myself.
hm, I've used it using v4l2loopback and while finding the right parameters was a bit fiddly it then worked fine.

#9Maybe a bit off topic but what is the status of wayland capture support anyway? Normally I used ffmpeg with x11 and that worked great. However due to the security model of wayland this doesn't seem nearly as easy to implement. I think they went with some kernel level grabbing support that needed root?
