Hi I am creator of Thunder Client - Rest API Client Extension for VS Code

I have been using Postman from last few years, with recent updates its very slow to load and confusing UI. So I build this lightweight extension with simple and clean UI, No separate download needed. Just get the extension from VS Code Gallery.

I'm eager to try this (there seems to be an issue with the VSCode marketplace so I haven't been able to install it yet).

Two people on my team use paid versions of postman and I feel like it is a bit expensive (the per user pricing would add up quickly). Do you have/are you planning on releasing a 'team' version w/ shared endpoints?

(Hopefully I can answer some of these questions myself when the Marketplace is back up).

Hi clay, Currenty they is no backend for the extension, its local on your pc. Team features and Sync with cloud is coming in the next version.

Sharing: You can export a collection and share with your team and they can import it.

you can submit a feature request on github page https://github.com/rangav/thunder-client-support

Hi, just given this a try it’s great thanks! Was using Insomnia before this but always wanted a good client for code, this is it.

Wonder if VS Code settings sync can be used avoiding the backend https://code.visualstudio.com/docs/editor/settings-sync
