AWS S3 Object Lambda

The lambda code has a 60 second max runtime as an upper bound, but I'd be curious about the lower the bound.

If you could do anything mildly complicated (filter down to 10% of a 10 GB file) and respond within 10 seconds, that could be very powerful!
