Hi Hacker News, I'm Matt, the founder of Incognito for Slack!

It's a Slack app that helps leadership get honesty from their team using anonymous feedback and polls.

I work part-time at a series A startup, we're using it for anonymous questions for our CEO townhalls. But there are many use cases:
