#3In the Canadian Province British Columbia (Where I am currently developing an orchard in), sterile culture is the only legal way to import some tree species. The reasoning for these restrictions is pest and disease prevention.

I was studying plant cell tissue culture back in the 80's at Texas A&M . . . this is nothing new.
