Oh interesting. Can you please explain how this will be useful for recruitment companies? How their process will look like?
600 roles paying average of $80k, means they land 6 roles at an average commission of 12.5% of first year salary = $60k. They can afford to throw you 2k for this.

Recruitment companies have to source roles for their business to work. They'll contact these companies, 1 in 10 will say yes to the approach and they'll land candidates for 1 in 10 of those. 600 roles paying average of $80k, means they land 6 roles at an average commission of 12.5% of first year salary = $60k. They can afford to throw you 2k for this.
I'll try to pitch a few companies to see how they will react!
