Aaron Swartz Prosecutor Gets Her Final Comeuppance

Apparently Ortiz had also gone after Walsh. Now Walsh is nominated for labor secretary. This is the “final comeuppance” for the prosecutor who drove Aaron Swartz to suicide. Link also mentions that Heymann (Ortiz’s chief of cybercrime) knew Swartz was suicidal and didn’t give a shit.

Also of note: apparently MIT had an unlimited access license to JSTOR. Which suggests the question: what, exactly, did Swartz even do that was illegal?
