Only 2 small, little problems.
1) Who needs this --- other than cryptocurrency?
2) Who pays the operating cost --- other than cryptocurrency?
Bottom line --- Blockchain is a solution tailored to a unique problem that only cryptocurrency has.

The fact that IBM failed to grasp this before jumping on the bandwagon does nothing but further erode confidence in IBM.
