For context, the one I'm working on I haven't gone too far in with yet. Just began the development process.
I'm just worried that jumping ship like this is due to the recency bias of the new idea.
What should I do if I get a more idea than the one I'm working on?

#2Write the new idea(s) down, and try to force yourself to sit on them and keep working on the current idea for at least long enough to reasonably evaluate the new one without too much "shiny new idea" gloss clouding your judgement.
