#2It seems like they’re explicitly allowed to continue with the deal after a certain time period without notice? Really the article doesn’t talk about that aspect much, and is more about the current state of wearables on the android side.

#5Seems misleading, the article mentions that Google made it through the agreed upon wait period during which the DOJ could bring up objections, and that that period has ended.
