A product based company creates their own products, e.g: Spotify, Sumo Logic, Twitter.
What isn't a product company? Agencies, software houses, e.g: EPAM.

#9I was a bit excited for this since I was expecting physical products. But it seems product now universally means digital product. So what's the term for a physical product now days?
