8,760 Hours: How to get the most out of next year

These are always interesting, but I always wonder if anyone with babies/toddlers can realise such plans?

I can simply imagine not being invested in my kids life enough, but maybe I am putting the bar too high (2-4h a day with them at least). I mean, at least one parent would have to be since there's up to 13-14 awake hours minus the 8-9 in daycare.
