Logged into a US account, clicking the 'Discover Crypto' link just shows the basic account page
it says on the page via the app, I assume it’s the mobile Paypal app.

#7PayPal currently doesn't support self-custody--you can't transfer "your" bitcoin to a wallet you control, unlike Cash App for example.
