PS5 eBay “Scalpers” Efforts Undermined by Gamers Uniting via Fake eBay Accounts

Good idea essentially but what's to stop the scalpers from simply offering them for a fixed high price? As "Buy it now". You can only interfere with those by actually paying.

So I don't think it'll help much. They'll find a way to sell if there's demand. The problem is people paying these prices.
