#2The claim towards the end: "'he discriminated against me' is about as subjective as 'he was a jerk to me'" is proof that the author wrote this in bad faith. His entire argument rests on this claim, and yet he offers actually zero defense of it.
Someone who agrees with the author, please, do you really come up with no apparent counter-examples to this claim that need to be explained?
