It's been an adventure building for Teams, we've found that most apps don't feel native and instead point out to their own sites. We've done our best to create an experience that lets you live inside Teams, and solve tickets without ever leaving. If you're a Teams user we're super curious to hear your opinion on how apps work best for you

I'm a Slacker so can't say much except this seems like a nifty product with a funny name. Is it supposed to be pronounced like 'help', or 'holp'?

I believe its supposed to be pronounced Halp like alpine, could be wrong though

So we've been using Halp for a bit with Slack, and the reason we picked this product is especially now it allows us to meet the customer where they are so they don't have to app hop to see status on tickets they create, update tickets as needed etc... With Slack so far they've been very seamless with its integration - curious to see how that experience transcends to Teams -
