Picostrap, a 100% Free WordPress Bootstrap starter theme with built-in SCSS

It's built focusing on a zero bloat philosophy, and removing all WP extra tags to "bring" the page as similar as possible at the original minimalistic Bootstrap 4 documentation examples to allow for great PageSpeed results, but it's most peculiar aspect is that it has a built-in php SCSS compiler, merged with the simple Customizer interface.
