As usual on these lists, no alternatives to Music, and no alternatives to Voice.

Voice is the big one for anyone who's still on it I think.

It's kind of funny that the least fleshed out section (ads) is where they absolutely can not afford to lose users.

Yup, this is me. There is no alternative to Google Voice, which is sad... it's such a neat service.

In Europe, we don't even have Google Voice to begin with :(

Yup, this is me. There is no alternative to Google Voice, which is sad... it's such a neat service.

Anveo.com isn't free, but it is cheap, and replaces Google Voice for what I needed. The call flow stuff is cool.

Yup, this is me. There is no alternative to Google Voice, which is sad... it's such a neat service.

There is textnow, not sure how many missing features there are though

Anyone using any of these email services? I'm not looking for a workplace product, I just want to be able to get myself out of Gmail reliance and gradually get my family away from it too.

I’d argue that the advertisers go where the audience is. If people would stop using search, advertisers would lose interest in Adwords.
