#3Hi Hackernews, my name is Mert and a long time lurker. My partner and I decided to build a direct to consumer ecommerce brand due to some of the downtime we've had from our regular jobs. Knowing the amazing community of growth hackers and tech people. It would mean a lot to us if we got some feedback on how we can improve and grow our business, especially on how we can grow with ad buying etc. Any critique is welcome…
Are you charging enough? I'd imagine you're doing at least a small amount of work on each custom order. If you're spending anything on ads, I'd think each order is in the red.

I launched an ecomm store ( https://berch.io/ ) on a whim earlier this year. Haven't had much time to spend on it, but thinking about spending a few hours before the holidays. Are you charging enough? I'd imagine you're doing at least a small amount of work on each custom order. If you're spending anything on ads, I'd think each order is in the red.
