Business owners pressuring their employees to take political stances should be illegal.

Employees should not be put into a situation where they feel their livelihoods depend on agreeing with management's sociopolitical values.

Really should just be "Hey, We're giving you the 3rd off to vote and also the 4th if you show your I voted sticker on twitter!" Creates a lot of good buzz, good time off and a easy moral boost.
