AWS Cloudwatch Metrics Global Outage?

Currently receiving no cloudwatch metrics since ~9:30 UTC. eu-west-1, eu-west-2, us-east-1.

Anyone else having issues?

Looks like metrics coming through now, but delayed by about an hour.
