#2NAL, but this seems like something that should not be legal.
If I pay for something I'm not renting it -- I intend to own it unless specifically arranged otherwise. IMO much like many other things Facebook is doing these days this should be litigated. Until then I recommend only buying/playing on SteamVR and using Sidequest if you're on the quest.
