Twitter has a clear policy about hacked material [1]. So stories based on emails harvested from a hack are not shareable. This wasn't really a 'hack'. A laptop repair store backed up the drive and then sold the backup. It's shady, but not illegal. I read the policy. I think that's a good policy that isn't politically motivated.
