This truly will lead to the next generation of unicorns where engineering is combined with marketing to innovate entirely new business models from the to-be-realized latent synergies of the previously divergent disciplines.

I don't know, I think it will deliver customer experience while also aligning revenue streams with Marketing and HR, not to mention amplify key performance indicators while aligning stakeholder engagement with PR and Legal
