#3No. But it's neglected in favor of SublimeMerge, if not development-wise, at least public-beta-builds-wise.

#5No. But it's neglected in favor of SublimeMerge, if not development-wise, at least public-beta-builds-wise.
An update to this: development wise, ST4 development is ongoing, it's just that the builds are not open to the public -- you need an ST3 license and a little digging.
