Why would they use the offensive term "crusade?" People were murdered during the crusades. As a descendant of people targeted by the Crusades, I wince whenever I see this word.

So was Fortnite's presence on the App Store.

I think they're just trying to convey the idea that it's some grand "holy" war of questionable origins.
