Dogfooding at Hedera: Verifiable Object Storage Using S3 and Hedera Consensus

This is a simple solution for verifying that a document hasn't been altered after the fact. What it doesn't solve for is the permanence of the document itself, i.e. the central authority owning the S3 bucket can easily delete the file. Using something like IPFS can improve this model.
