Online reading group for D2L.AI book

While it's not directly stated on the page linked, clicking on "SCHEDULE" will reveal that the current focus is on building reading groups for the D2L.AI book.

We had the first group of 5 people yesterday and the idea seems to work out great in practice.

I would love to build more reading groups.
