Maybe "white people, especially leaders" look at actual facts and not irrational tribalism, and realise what these people are asking for is special treatment - "Make us exempt from the common rules". Not just discriminatory rules but all rules. The protests are overshadowed by mass looting and lack of condemnation from those with a platform.
It's now moved from black equality to black supremacy.
The facts are uncomfortable and until every community is willing to confront bigotry in their own community, I'm never going to listen to houlier than thou proclamations, well intentioned or not.
The road to hell is paved with good intentions.

Racism is problematic to the degree it creates racial inequity. Do you think this creates racial inequity?
