Minneapolis Police Use Force Against Black People at 7 Times the Rate of Whites

What is the black share of involvement in crime, violent and nonviolent, in Minneapolis compared to whites?

Probably significantly higher, just like in every city across America.

This is quite simple to understand, but at this point the NYTimes is just propaganda so they can't be bothered to contextualize the figures.
