Someone should do this with:

1. Landlords who insist on raising rent. 2. Instacart shoppers who promise huge tips only to revoke them at the last minute.

If people can't be decent on their own during a pandemic, maybe some shame will help.

Some people are so self-centered they actually use social scorn to gauge when they've gone too far. The problem is that widespread scorn and petty antagonism makes society miserable. Who gets to be in charge of judging and balancing social justice?
