[Ask HN]: Please Review/Discuss the Concept implemented in Twit-e-mart

bit of a side project I've been working on, and would love to get your input on the subject and the use of the concept of directed tweets/targeted accounts (fancy name for mentions and hashtags :) for 'directing'/sorting data on twitter and building a number of new services around Twitter and its community.
