Honestly..how would you know they are “pissed”? From the same people that brought you this story?
As with all presidents, a very large room of people that have an expertise in these matters made suggestions, recommendations, and offered of evidence (whatever that may be) for any president to take action on a particular subject.
With any type of media related to political matters it’s important to be objective, gather information, and come to your own conclusion.
