Smdh. The "paper" author may be a fossil fuel shill, crazy person and/or attention-seeker. It's too bad we essentially need a climate change "snopes" to debunk Cato-style nonsense, but I'm infinitely glad folks are doing it on regular basis to smack-down (d/m)isinformation.
