EU may expand collection of air passenger data to rail and road users

Once most cars include tracking devices/cloud-connections, they'll track people when traveling with their own personal car, too. I mean it's obvious that this will happen from how they think about these things.

The only thing that can stop it is significant outrage from people, otherwise "total information awareness" is the goal of all governments.
