Immigrants are more likely than natively born to commit sexual assault, and Muslims are more likely to commit rape. Laws could be changed to allow for natively born to express a preference to only be around other natively born and vice versa.
The crime statistic here in Sweden show that a larger percentage of immigrant commit rape than the total percentage of men. It can even be narrowed down to specifically immigrant which comes from countries where the wast majority are Muslims.
A rational discrimination would thus target the demographic that has highest risk of being criminals, and yet such concept would be inherently racist and irrational because the change would unlikely lower the actually rate of sexually assault and rape.

#4Nearly 40 years ago, my wife worked as a bartender while a young woman. Two of the regular bar patrons sexually assaulted her at her home. Her boss threatened to fire her if she reported them because he would lose the revenue from those two heavy drinkers.
Why does this theme seem to persist nowadays?
