#3UV sterilisation is well-known and this appears to be a near-UV lamp. But I feel like anything that kills bacteria can't be "safe for prolonged exposure".
Life of the product: 15 Years - Based on 4 hours usage under standing open fixture on AC supply.
This lamp is recommended for Indoor use (Living room, Kitchen, Bathrooms & toilets), Hotel lobbies, reception area etc.
At least two of those applications are going to be for more than 4 hours a day...

#4https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Solar_water_disinfection has a lot of great information on doing the same thing for free using sunlight. Perhaps of most interest is the rather long set of cautions. These would appear to also apply to a commercial lamp also unless it was sufficiently powerful and applied properly.
Sadly the tag line on the web site stating that it only kills 85% of germs seems to suggest that the solution is not particularly effective.

One application could be a UV lamp that's only on when there are no people in the room. E.g. a toilet.
