"Cold" = Unsolicited. "Sales" = Commercial

Isn't Unsolicited Commercial Email (UCE) a definition for spam?

The author is quite obtuse.

Sorry if my use of terms was confusing. I'm referring to cold sales emails, which in the US are still legal.
