It's not 99¢. It's $3.96, because you have to sign up for 4 weeks.
I was able to get through by simply opening a different browser.

#9If, like me, you've never heard of Poll Everywhere - It's a way of running live polls in a presentation where people text in their vote and it live updates. I love the idea and want to use it immediately.
