#2Good on the SEC for clearning this out. Although i think a lot of folks wants to know the status of the numerous other instruments offered via ICOs and also XRP and other currencies.

#3What are the implications of this? Does this suggest ICO's etc can proceed with no / minimal regulation, or are there actually rules in place that could be applied to limit fraud levels?
