#2iOS 11 simply doesn't offer that many more features to justify its massive power drain compared to iOS 10. My 6 was perfectly fine before I got an iWatch that forced me into Apple's game. If the iPhone 11 doesn't have anything to write home about, I think I may finally switch after having every single iphone from 1-6

Its more than a lack of features. iOS has become less a tool and more a toy in its design. One good example is what they have done with the included podcast app.

Yea I agree. Another example is the network scanning app Fing. They revoked the ability for apps to do things like MAC address discovery with iOS 11 which makes WOL a lot harder to use.
