What is the collaborative editing technique used by OnlyOffice?

OnlyOffice provides collaborative editing on Words, Presentations, and Spreadsheets.

I am curious how they implement the collaborative editing functionality, operational transformation (OT) or commutative replicated data types (CRDT).
